My name is Olivia, and I am the soul behind Conscious Bodies Co.

What started in 2019 as Conscious Kombucha Co, a boutique kombucha brewery on the island of Mallorca, Spain. The first micro kombucha brewery on the island.

On my website you will see all my passions that are slowly forming together as one. To be a conscious platform for women. Through my birth work as a doula, pre and post natal barre classes for mothers and babies, pregnancy and mother circles, barre classes and wellness coaching work through my 6 week conscious challenges.

A note from me, January 2021.

“Over the past year, we have had some big changes and are now on the other side of the globe in Western Australia where I was born. It was time to go back to my roots and reconnect with the family and friends that I moved away from almost 10 years ago.

Since moving back home, we will always hold a special place for Mallorca in our hearts. How can I not?! After all it was the place where both my children were born, and where my own journey to womanhood begun.

So now I sit here trying to figure out how to continue my passion for kombucha, health and the planet, as a single mother, consciously nurturing my children. Where to from here?

The dream now is to continue my workshops here in Western Australia teaching zero waste brewing. I hope you will enjoy following our new journey.

We are a small batch family business producing quality kombucha that is not filtered, pasturised, and is 100% raw! Which means, your bottle may have some bits, but that’s ok, it’s all good for you!

WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?

Kombucha is a fermented sweat tea. Within the fermentation of this tea many beneficial bacteria’s are formed. 

And so, Kombucha contains natural probiotics and antioxidants. 

Probiotics are essentially the good bacteria we put in to our bodies. 

These probiotics and antioxidants in Kombucha promote a healthy balance of gut bacteria and have been linked to a wide range of health benefits.

These include benefits for weight loss, digestive health, immune function and disease protection.

HOW IS IT MADE?

Fermentation is one of the most antique methods of food preservation, essential to ensure the life and safety of food. 

And during the fermentation process of kombucha many chemical reactions occur converting sugar and tea to several beneficial acids, vitamins and enzymes. 

Our brewery is done in a small scale allowing us to fully monitor each bottle and batch.

We have a vision to be as close as zero waste as possible.

Refill Policy: Please bring your bottles back to receive 10% off your same day refill.

Recyclable Material: All our products are either recyclable or compostable.

Compostable: Biodegradable tamper evident seals, be sure to throw them in your compost when you’re done!

We are not certified organic as we understand the unrealistic and sometimes unsustainable aspects of getting everything organic on this island. In fact, many local organic farms cannot actually be certified due to a vigorous and expensive licensing regime. 

We choose to support these farms.
