I’m Olivia – mother, daughter, sister, partner, barre instructor, wellness coach, and founder of Conscious Bodies Co. My passion for women’s health and conscious birthing began at 19, witnessing my sister’s peaceful water birth at home — an experience that left a lasting imprint on me.

As a mother of two, I’ve lived the spectrum of birth: a long, intervention-heavy hospital birth and an unexpected free birth at home. These contrasting journeys have deepened my commitment to supporting women — wherever and however they choose to birth — so they feel empowered, respected, and truly heard.

I’m also a certified barre instructor with specialised training in pre- and postnatal barre. Through mindful movement, bodywork, and holistic nutrition, I help women prepare their bodies for labour, build strength and posture, and gently reconnect with themselves after birth. My passion for gut health even led me to open Mallorca’s first micro kombucha brewery in 2019, before returning home to Perth to raise my children close to family and community.

Outside of my work, you’ll find me by the ocean, hiking in nature, or attempting to surf — always seeking the balance and flow that guides both my life and my practice. Through Conscious Bodies Co., I hold space for mothers’ circles and community gatherings, fostering connection, support, and shared wisdom for every stage of womanhood.

No woman should have to birth alone. Every woman deserves to feel free, supported, and deeply held throughout her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

A doula is a companion, guide, and advocate — someone who offers emotional, physical, and practical support so you feel empowered to make decisions from a place of trust and respect for your own body, rather than fear.

As your doula, my role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to walk beside you: providing evidence-based information, nurturing presence, and reassurance. Together, we create an environment where you feel truly heard and supported — wherever and however you choose to birth.

I’m here to support you not only throughout your pregnancy and birth, but also as you step into the tender, transformative postpartum period — once your baby has arrived earth side.

I bring extensive knowledge of postpartum recovery, gentle movement, nourishing food for healing and breastfeeding, and creating supportive routines for you and your family. Together, we can explore what feels right for your unique journey: from preparing your body and mind for birth, to gently reconnecting with yourself after birth, and building confidence in this new chapter of motherhood.
